  Attention: First Health/Coventry Network Subscribers

Anesco and Coventry/First Health Network have agreed to a new fee schedule in 2006. Unfortunately, Coventry/First Health has not communicated this new fee schedule to all its Network users. As such, your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) may not show the appropriate In-Network adjustment.

We have diligently worked with Coventry/First Health to correct this situation. While they had promised resolution, this may not be reflected in your bill. Anesco has adjusted your bill to the new rates. You should contact your benefits administrator to have your new responsibility confirmed. Due to Coventry/First Health's delays in updating and distributing the new fee schedule, Anesco must advise you that you are ultimately responsible for the adjusted balance. After 30 days, unpaid balances will be sent to collections, unless your benefits administrator calls us. Our telephone number is 954-485-5666 x 126.
